Jieneng Wind Power: Yang Zhongxu, Director, General Manager, and Member of the Board's Nomination Committee, Resigns from Position

China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Wind Power Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that the board of directors recently received Mr. Yang Zhongxu’s resignation letter. Mr. Yang Zhongxu, a director, general manager, and member of the Nomination Committee of the board, has resigned due to work adjustments. After his resignation, he will not hold any other positions in the company.

The announcement states that, according to the “Company Law,” “Shanghai Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Standardized Operations,” the Articles of Association, and relevant regulations, Mr. Yang Zhongxu’s resignation takes effect from the date it is delivered to the company’s board of directors. His resignation will not cause the company’s board of directors to have fewer than the legally required number of members, nor will it affect the normal operation of the board. The company’s board of directors will subsequently follow relevant legal procedures to elect a new director.
