Revenue increased 5.9% to $3.35 billion. Wall Street previously forecasted $3.33 billion.

Same-store sales grew 4.2%, with LongHorn Steakhouse’s same-store sales increasing 7.2%, serving as the main growth driver.

The company has raised its full-year revenue growth outlook from the previous 8.5%–9.3% to 9.5%.

At the same time, it increased its full-year same-store sales growth forecast from the previous 3.5%–4.3% to 4.5%. Analysts’ average expectation was 3.8%.
