Abstract generation in progress

United Airlines and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA have reached a tentative agreement that, if ratified, would significantly increase wages and improve working conditions for approximately 30,000 flight attendants. The deal includes immediate raises, top pay reaching $100 per hour, boarding pay, and a $740 million signing bonus pool. This agreement is subject to approval by the AFA Master Executive Council and ratification by the flight attendants.
