On March 25, 2026, the issuer and the lead underwriters conducted a coupon rate inquiry with professional institutional investors through a private placement. Based on the results of the private inquiry, and after thorough consultation and prudent judgment by the issuer and the lead underwriters, the final coupon rate for this bond issue was set at 2.50%. The issuer will issue this bond to professional institutional investors through a private placement from March 26, 2026, to March 27, 2026, at the above coupon rate.
