The Middle East situation once again troubles the market, with the Hang Seng Index losing the 25,000 point level and the 250-day moving average (25,114 points) yesterday. The market opened 68 points lower and declined steadily in the early session, losing 347 points by midday. In the afternoon, the Hang Seng Index further tested its lows, dropping as much as 542 points at the close, reaching a low of 24,793 points. It ultimately closed down 479 points (1.9%) at 24,856 points.

As of 12:10 a.m. today, the Hang Seng futures are at 24,829 points, up 39 points…
