Recognizing business clients as valuable targets due to higher spending volumes, AmEx aims to cement its competitive advantage amidst market shifts, including Capital One’s recent acquisition of Brex. The company also announced a new expense management software and a $300 annual reimbursement for ChatGPT Business subscriptions for certain cardholders.
