During the 2026 “3.15” Financial Consumer Rights Protection Education and Publicity Campaign, Minsheng Bank focused on key groups such as the elderly, teenagers, people with disabilities, and new citizens, and continued to carry out diverse, targeted, and thoughtful financial consumer protection education and public service activities.

Minsheng Bank Wuhan Branch, in collaboration with the Qiaokou District Disabled Persons’ Federation, jointly organized the themed event “‘Traveling to Spring’ Financial Consumer Protection Public Service Campaign.” Using an innovative approach of “Spring Sightseeing + Financial Education,” they invited people with disabilities to step out of their homes and enjoy the spring scenery of Jiangcheng. During the interactive financial consumer protection segment, Minsheng Bank volunteers provided tips on issues such as high-yield promises, illegal claim代理/rights protection, and professional debt collectors. In a relaxed and warm atmosphere, they promoted financial safety knowledge and conveyed financial warmth and care for people’s livelihoods.

Minsheng Bank Tianjin Branch actively responded to the work deployment of the Tianjin Financial Regulatory Bureau, focusing on key groups such as “the elderly, the young, the old, and new” and “two offices and two members,” achieving comprehensive coverage of campuses, communities, grassroots stations, and enterprise parks. Through layered, targeted, and down-to-earth educational services, they effectively enhanced various groups’ awareness of financial risk prevention and self-protection capabilities.

The Tianjin Branch of Minsheng Bank conducted multiple “Financial Protection for the Elderly” special activities, explaining common telecom and internet scams, and methods to identify false financial products to the elderly.

Simultaneously, the Tianjin Branch promoted personalized educational activities at schools. At Qingtao Kindergarten, the focus was on cultivating children’s integrity awareness through fun stories and role-playing; at Tianjin Taimai Middle School, they deepened education on rational consumption and risk prevention among teenagers; at Tianjin University, they targeted college students, mainly addressing high-frequency financial irregularities such as illegal campus loans and online scam frauds, emphasizing anti-fraud and risk prevention, and safeguarding a clean online environment. They reminded students to avoid comparisons and protect personal information security.
