PICC: Proposed final dividend of 1.45 RMB per 10 shares (tax included)

Beijing Business News (Reporter Li Xiumei) On the evening of March 26, China People’s Insurance Group Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “CPIC”) announced its full-year performance for 2025. CPIC stated that it intends to distribute a final dividend of 1.45 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares, and plans to distribute a total cash dividend of 2.20 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to shareholders for the fiscal year 2025, an increase of 22.2% year-on-year, sharing operating results with investors.
