The announcement from Sichuang Electronics states that on March 11, 2026, the Company’s Eighth Board of Directors held its Fourteenth Meeting and approved the “Proposal for the Election of the Chairman of the Eighth Board of Directors.” Mr. Ren Xiaowei was elected as the Chairman of the Eighth Board of Directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the Eighth Board of Directors. According to the provisions of the Articles of Association, the Chairman serves as the legal representative of the company, and therefore, the company’s legal representative will be changed to Mr. Ren Xiaowei.
