The Vanguard Group has filed an Amendment No. 13 to a Schedule 13G/A for Mohawk Industries Inc. (MHK), reporting 0% beneficial ownership of the common stock. This change is due to an internal realignment on January 12, 2026, which disaggregated certain subsidiaries’ holdings, meaning these subsidiaries will now report beneficial ownership separately.
