How to handle the release of property after the housing fund loan is paid off?

Answer: After the borrower fully repays the housing fund loan (for real estate located in Xinhua District, Qiaoxi District, Chang’an District, or Yuhua District), they can go to the housing fund center to handle the release procedures on the following Monday or Wednesday, bringing their ID card and property ownership certificate (housing certificate) after the loan is paid off. (Address: 360-1 Xinshi North Road, 2nd Floor)

Can the contribution amount for flexible employment be changed?

Answer: Once the contribution amount is determined, it remains unchanged throughout each housing fund contribution year (from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year). Adjustments can be requested once each July, and the adjustments must be processed after the June contribution and before the July contribution.

Can flexible employment individuals make up missed contributions to the housing fund?

Answer: No, missed contributions cannot be made up. Flexible employment individuals contribute to the housing fund on a voluntary and periodic basis, while employed individuals have their contributions withheld and paid monthly. There are significant differences in their contribution mechanisms and methods, so missed contributions from past periods are not supported for flexible employment individuals.

How is the contribution amount for flexible employment determined?

Answer: The housing fund contributions for flexible employment individuals follow the principle of “voluntary contribution.” Contributors can determine their contribution amount within the upper and lower limits published by the housing fund center, based on their employment characteristics and income situation, with the minimum contribution unit being ten yuan. There is a clear calculation method and limit for the monthly contribution of flexible employment individuals: the upper limit is three times the monthly average salary of employees from the previous year published by the local statistical department, multiplied by the highest contribution rate of 24%; the lower limit is the local minimum wage standard multiplied by the lowest contribution rate of 10%. For the year 2025 (July 2025 - June 2026), the upper limit for the monthly contribution of flexible employment individuals is 6340 yuan, and the lower limit is 220 yuan.

If flexible employment individuals no longer wish to continue contributing, can they withdraw? What conditions are needed?

Answer: They can voluntarily withdraw, provided they meet the conditions of “not having applied for a housing fund loan” or “having fully repaid the housing fund loan.”
