On March 25, Guangfa Bank issued an announcement stating that, effective March 28, 2026, the bank’s mobile banking and personal online banking will stop offering the service for issuing time-period personal deposit certificates. If you need to issue a time-period deposit certificate—i.e., a certificate showing the personal deposit balance at the bank during a specific time period—please go to the bank’s branch counter to办理 it. Guangfa Bank’s mobile banking and personal online banking will continue to provide the service for issuing personal deposit certificates for specific points in time.

Time-period personal deposit certificates issued via Guangfa Bank’s mobile banking or personal online banking before March 28, 2026 can still be authenticated and verified for validity by logging in to the bank’s official website homepage (www.cgbchina.com.cn) under “Online Quick Services” and using “Online Deposit Certificate Verification.”
