U.S. reporter criticizes Trump's Tomahawk remarks for confusing the public

On the March 10th broadcast of the U.S. Fox News program, chief national security correspondent Jennifer Griffin stated that President Trump’s claim about “other countries also using ‘Tomahawk’ missiles” was surprising. She pointed out that “Tomahawk” missiles must be launched from submarines or warships, and while the UK and Australia possess these missiles, they did not participate in this conflict. Japan is still in the testing phase, so it is unlikely that any country other than the U.S. used “Tomahawk” missiles to strike the girls’ school in Iran. Griffin believes the president knows this strike was indeed a serious mistake, but he is attempting to confuse the issue with this statement. (CCTV International News)
