Caitong Fund announces that Caitong CSI A500 Index Securities Investment Fund will end its fundraising early. The deadline has been moved up from the original date of May 12, 2026, to March 25, 2026, in order to protect the interests of fund shareholders.

On March 26, Caizhong Fund released an announcement regarding the early termination of the fundraising for the Caizhong CSI A500 Index Securities Investment Fund.

The announcement indicated that the Caizhong CSI A500 Index Securities Investment Fund was approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission with document No. [2025] 1846 and began fundraising on February 13, 2026, with the original fundraising deadline set for May 12, 2026.

In order to fully protect the interests of fund shareholders, Caizhong Fund has decided to end the fundraising for this fund early, with the fundraising deadline moved up to March 25, 2026, and no further subscription applications from investors will be accepted starting March 26, 2026 (including that day).
