CryptoQuant analyst stated that there is an increase in short-term selling pressure in the Bitcoin market, which could trigger a downward trend in prices.
According to data shared by on-chain analysis platform CryptoQuant analyst 'G a a h', short-term selling pressure continues to dominate the Bitcoin market.
The analyst noted that the Take Buy Sell Ratio indicator indicates the market's selling pressure and that this indicates that supply exceeds demand in the short term.
Selling pressure threatens Bitcoin price
The analyst stated that this type of behavior is usually observed during intense profit-taking in areas that are considered resistance and that this can be followed by horizontal movements along with price corrections.
In addition, it was emphasized that short-term investors liquidated their positions during the recent price corrections. The analyst said that these actions showed that sales were made with little or no profit, indicating a significant increase in selling pressure on the market.
The combination of all these factors increases volatility in the Bitcoin market and creates short-term pressure on prices. Looking at the price chart, it is indicated that there is a high probability of continued downward trend under the current conditions indicated by the data.
Analysts recommend investors to be cautious in such market conditions and develop a prepared strategy against possible price fluctuations.
