PANews May 7 news, according to PeckShieldAlert, there were 18 major encryption attack incidents in April 2025, resulting in total losses of $357.11 million. This includes an unauthorized transfer incident of Bitcoin (loss of $330.7 million) and approximately $14.4 million recovered from the three projects KiloEx, zkSync, and Term Labs. Other significant incidents include an attack on Loopscale (loss of $5.8 million) and an attack incident on MorphoLabs front end (loss of $2.6 million).
