[Ethereum Foundation Ecosystem Support Program Suspends Open Grant Applications] The Ethereum Foundation Ecosystem Support Program (ESP) has suspended open grant applications and plans to announce new priorities and proposals in the fourth quarter of 2025. In 2024, the ESP provided nearly 3 million USD in funding support to 105 projects through the open grant program. The ESP indicates that this adjustment aims to shift from a passive response model to a more proactive approach to better support the development of the Ethereum ecosystem. During the suspension period, the ESP team will continue to support existing beneficiaries and provide non-financial support to projects through office hours, including services such as guidance, feedback, and resource matching.
