The U.S. House of Representatives will vote tomorrow at 5 AM to decide whether to end the government shutdown, with multiple alts ETFs waiting for SEC approval to go public.

On November 12, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote tonight to decide whether to end the ongoing 42-day government shutdown. (4 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, which is 5 AM Beijing Time on Thursday) Once the government reopens, the market will gain clear data, which will help alleviate some of the current pessimistic uncertainty. Previously, the U.S. Senate approved a bill to end the government shutdown on the morning of the 11th Beijing Time and passed it on to the House of Representatives. Notably, there are currently multiple XRP ETFs from five issuers, including Franklin and Bitwise, as well as Polkadot ETFs, DOGE ETFs, Sui ETFs, and Bitwise's Chainlink ETFs for alts listed on the DTCC (Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation) website. Although this move does not indicate any regulatory approval or the outcome of any explicit approval process, being listed on the DTCC website is part of the “standard process” for launching new ETFs. Additionally, Canary has submitted the 8-A form for its XRP Spot ETF, which is the last step before its application becomes effective. Once Nasdaq approves the listing, the first XRP Spot ETF may officially list on Thursday. Institutions such as Swiss crypto bank group Sygnum analyze that investors are looking forward to the end of the government shutdown, which may prompt the SEC to “bulk approve” altcoin ETFs, catalyzing a “new round of institutional capital inflow.”
