##  I. Introduction to zkSync

In addition, zkSync also supports smooth interoperability with Ethereum smart contracts, and its modular design makes it easy to upgrade and expand.
 
### Zero Knowledge Proof (ZK SNARKs) Technology
One of the core technologies of zkSync is zero-knowledge proof (ZK-SNARKs) technology. This technology allows validators to validate the validity of transactions without knowing the specific trading content, thereby achieving privacy and scalability of transactions.

In addition, there are currently two mainstream Rollup solutions. ### Compatibility with the Ethereum Main Chain
ZkSync is highly compatible with the Ethereum main chain, allowing users to conduct transactions on zkSync without changing wallets or addresses. It also supports the transfer and trading of ERC-20 tokens, providing users with more convenient services.
 
### Smart Contract Interoperability Support

According to data from DappRadar and Layer 2BEAT, there are 203 Dapps on the zkSync chain. Currently, the TVL for Era and Lite versions is $760 million and $87 million, respectively, while the Daily TPS is 6.12. The cost of Gas is $0.01, with 7 million on-chain addresses and over 3 million weekly active addresses.
 
##V. Token Economy Model
The native token of zkSync is ZK, with a total supply of 21 billion. The issuance and distribution of ZK tokens follow the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, aiming to encourage users to participate in the ecosystem construction and development of zkSync.

The allocation of ZK tokens mainly includes the following aspects: team reservation, community incentives, ecosystem cooperation, airdrop rewards, etc. Among them, community incentives are an important component of ZK token distribution, aimed at incentivizing users to participate in zkSync's community construction and operation.

According to the latest official announcement, zkSync will airdrop 3.675 billion ZK tokens to early users and contributors next week, accounting for 17.5% of the total supply of 21 billion ZK tokens. The deadline is January 3, 2025. The eligibility for airdrop is based on a snapshot taken on March 24, 2024, and eligible addresses will be allocated based on the amount sent to zkSync Era and the length of time crypto assets remain in the wallet. A total of 695,232 wallets were shortlisted, and each address requires at least one point to qualify. The project team adopts multiple methods to filter robots while adjusting allocation based on human behavior and contributions to zkSync.
