$PI AI upgraded to Pi KYC to accelerate KYC processing and unlock Mainnet migration

Pi’s standard KYC enables Pioneers to migrate to Mainnet, now with additional AI integrated into the verification process using the same underlying technology as Pi’s fixed-track KYC.

This upgrade makes the standard KYC process faster and more scalable while maintaining accuracy. The AI integration has reduced the queue of KYC applications waiting for manual verifier review and validation by 50%, alleviating bottlenecks related to verifiers and potentially reducing standard KYC processing times.

The Pi KYC solution is designed to provide accurate, accessible, scalable, and privacy-oriented identity verification for millions of Pioneers worldwide, while also offering verification of identity and authenticity for external services, including Web3 or AI.

Please note, there are still about 3 million initial KYCs that can be self-unlocked! To be fully KYC-eligible, these Pioneers must submit an additional liveness check in the app. If this applies to you, please complete the liveness check as soon as possible.
