SOL recently dropped from $145 to $130, a 15-point decline. How much could you have made from this move?
Let's do the math: Short 10 contracts → $150 in hand Short 20 contracts → $300 Short 50 contracts → $750, straight to the moon Short 100 contracts? $1,500, easy
But on the flip side, what if SOL bounces back to $145 from the current $130?
Using the same logic: Long 10 contracts gets you $150 Long 20 contracts $300 Long 50 contracts $750 Fully loaded with 100 contracts, that's $1,500 profit
With this kind of volatility in Solana, it's all about directional judgment and position management. Do you think now’s the time to bet long or short?

Bro, this calculation is way too idealistic. Things never go this smoothly in reality...

Oh no, this is my least favorite position. The MACD here at 130 hasn't even had a golden cross yet. How could I dare to make a move recklessly?

Bro, this 15-point swing is definitely easy money, it just depends on how bold you are.
If I had known there would be a rebound at 130, who would have shorted at 145... Now we still have to guess the direction.

This short position at 150% is stuck, why hasn't there been a rebound? My order is still stuck at 140.

This is just the gambler's mentality. A 15% move isn't too much or too little—it all depends on your luck when buying the dip.
Fully loaded with 100 contracts, I advise you not to overthink it. Just focus on getting out alive first.
