- Token rewards are usually credited automatically within 14 business days . Some rewards may require manual distribution by staff within 30 business days after the event ends. If your reward status remains “pending” and has not been received, please contact online customer service or official staff.
- The mileage earned during this campaign can only be used to redeem rewards within this event period and cannot be used after the event ends. The USDT reward will be issued as a cash voucher. After receiving it, users need to go to the Voucher Center to complete the redemption.
- Physical prizes are procured through third-party platforms. Delivery time depends on procurement progress and is usually arranged within 15 business days after the event ends. You may also opt to receive an equivalent USDT payout via the feedback form.
- Physical reward claim information must be submitted before December 30, 2025. Late submissions will be considered a waiver of eligibility.
- Sub-account trading volume will not be counted toward the main account, and sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. API users can participate normally.
