(CORZ) announced the appointment of senior investment banker Jim Nygaard as the new Chief Financial Officer, who will officially take office on March 17th. Nygaard has nearly 30 years of financial experience and has worked at XMS Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital market operations.
