On June 6, LONGi Green Energy announced that shareholder HHLR intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 37,890,200 shares (that is, no more than 0.50% of the company's total share capital) within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of this announcement. During the reduction period, if the company has a change in the total share capital, such as bonus shares, conversion to share capital, additional issuance of new shares, allotment of shares or cancellation of repurchased shares, etc., the proportion of shareholders to reduce their holdings will remain unchanged, and the number of reductions will be adjusted accordingly according to the changes in the company's total share capital.
