A new documentary about Bitcoin is set to premiere on multiple streaming platforms. The work titled “Unbanked” will be released on Halloween, coinciding with the 17th anniversary of the publication of Satoshi Nakamoto's white paper.

The film explores the real-world impact of Bitcoin, featuring footage shot across four continents and interviews with many prominent figures in the industry. “Unbanked” has won several awards, but the producers say they want to take the message even further.

In recent years, there have been many documentaries revolving around Bitcoin — from famous cases to the mystery of Satoshi's identity. “Unbanked” will continue this series of films, expected to be released on Apple TV, Amazon Prime, and Google TV around Halloween.

Unlike previous works, “Unbanked” focuses on documenting how Bitcoin truly changes people's lives, with authentic footage and exclusive interviews with major figures such as Michael Saylor, Jack Dorsey, Erik Voorhees, and many others.
