OpenAI is asking for the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by The New York Times, saying the newspaper hired "hacking" ChatGPT

Sina Financial News reported on February 28 that OpenAI tried to dismiss the lawsuit filed by the New York Times, alleging that the New York Times had paid people to "hack" OpenAI's products to support its lawsuit. The New York Times is suing OpenAI and Microsoft for copyright infringement. The newspaper claims that OpenAI has used its content to create artificial intelligence tools that divert traffic to The New York Times website. OpenAI, which developed ChatGPT, fought back in a court filing, demanding that parts of the case be dismissed on various grounds.
