Reform the science and technology innovation board and start again

The Science and Technology Innovation Board recently celebrated its fifth anniversary. Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Wu Qing, announced the introduction of the “Eight Measures for the Science and Technology Innovation Board” at the Lujiazui Forum on June 19. This marks a new stage in the reform of the Science and Technology Innovation Board. Over the past five years, the reform effects of the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the registration system have continued to grow. This reform will further highlight the “hard technology” characteristics of the Science and Technology Innovation Board, improve the issuance and underwriting, merger and reorganization, equity incentive, and trading systems and mechanisms, and better serve the development of technological innovation and new quality production.
