The White House did not announce approval of a strike on Russian territory after Biden and Stoltenberg's meeting.
On September 14th, Jinshi Data reported that the latest statement issued by the White House after US President Joe Biden’s meeting with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer did not reveal a decision by American leaders to allow the Ukrainian armed forces to use Western missiles to remotely strike Russian territory. The joint statement on the results of the meeting stated, ‘The two leaders had in-depth discussions on a range of foreign policy issues of mutual concern. They reiterated their strong support for Ukraine, which will continue to resist Russia’s aggression.’ At the same time, the document did not mention Washington and London’s decision to approve the use of Western long-range missiles by the Ukrainian armed forces to strike Russian territory.
