What Should Bitcoin Investors Do Now? CryptoQuant Analyst Examined the Technical Indicators and Explained the Best Option!
The leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) has experienced sharp declines in recent days, with some investors exacerbating the decline by panic selling.
However, CryptoQuant analyst stated that the upward trend in Bitcoin continues and advised investors not to sell.
CryptoQuant analyst MAC_D stated in his analysis that Bitcoin's short-term Spent Output Profit Ratio (SOPR) has dropped to 0.987, indicating that investors holding it for less than six months have sold at a loss.
The analyst, who indicates that the current SOPR ratio presents a new buying opportunity, said that historically, periods when the SOPR ratio is low typically precede upward trends and are ideal for accumulation.
The analyst also added that fundamental indicators such as MVRV and NUPL in Bitcoin show that the upward cycle has not reached its peak, except for SOPR.
The analyst said that investors need to think long term because short-term investors are selling to their detriment. At this point, the analyst who stated that low prices are an opportunity for investors to save, stated that it is not wise to sell at this stage.
As BTC falls, more and more negative news is being seen on YouTube and social media. This indicates that market sensitivity is declining.
In addition, the SOPR, which indicates the market sensitivity of short-term investors, has dropped to 0.987, indicating that Bitcoin has been sold at a loss by investors holding it for less than 6 months.
Historically, when short-term investors suffer losses, the market generally shows an upward trend, indicating that it is a good time to accumulate.
Apart from SOPR, considering cycle indicators such as MVRV, NUPL, Puell Multiple, and the short-term investor ratio (currently 60%), we can see that the cycle has not yet reached its peak and the current correction does not indicate the end of the bullish cycle.
Short-term investors usually offer better opportunities for savings as they sell at a greater loss. If there is a further decrease in the current price, it is wise to save instead of selling.
