Odaily News Empery Digital, a Nasdaq-listed company, announced that it has increased its holdings by 12.97 BTC, with a total acquisition price of 1.5 million USD. As of now, its Bitcoin holdings have reached 4,064.88 BTC, with a total acquisition price of approximately 478 million USD and an average acquisition price of 117,549 USD. In addition, Empery Digital also announced that it has repurchased 363,395 shares of common stock under its 100 million USD share repurchase program, with an average purchase price of 7.39 USD per share, and currently has approximately 97 million USD available for future repurchases.
