Intel: The 18A process node will achieve formal mass production this year.

Jin10 Data, April 30 - On April 30 local time, Intel announced its latest process technology roadmap, which includes 18A-P, 14A, and others. Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger stated that Intel 18A is expected to ramp up production in the second half of 2025, and the first product based on this process node, codenamed Panther Lake, will be launched by the end of 2025. Additionally, early trial wafers for Intel 18A-P have already begun production. Furthermore, Intel’s Fab 52 facility in Arizona has completed tape-out for Intel 18A.
