I've seen many "Treasury" projects, most of which offer an APR and then get wiped out by hackers. I've suffered big losses from such "bottom line" issues before. Now, just seeing the words "Treasury" makes me a bit PTSDSamsara. I initially came across @Nirvana_Fi and clicked in; it's all about practical features and introductions. The barrier to entry isn't high, but the logic is quite solid.
