Golden Finance reported that Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, stated on the X platform that the Bitcoin Premium Income ETF submitted by BlackRock, the iShares Bitcoin Premium ETF, is a spot product under the 1933 Act, using a covered call Bitcoin strategy aimed at generating certain returns for Bitcoin investments. It is also an extension of another Bitcoin exchange-traded fund, IBIT. (Note: Mainstream ETF products in the U.S. market must comply with the 1933 Act and the 1934 Act.)
