Jin10 Data reported on May 8th that Zhu Cheng Technology announced that the company recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller Zhang Jianchun and Shi Lefen. After mutual consultation, they have agreed to dissolve their marriage and have made relevant arrangements regarding the division of divorce property. Zhang Jianchun intends to transfer 8.7675 million shares of the company’s stock, which he directly holds, to Shi Lefen. After this change in equity, the company’s controlling shareholders and actual controllers remain Zhang Jianchun, Shi Lefen, Zhang Jiandao, and Shi Shile, and the company’s control has not changed.
