Odaily Planet Daily News According to Joe Doll, the Chief Legal Advisor of the Magic Eden Non-fungible Token (NFT) market, David Sacks, who was recently appointed as the ‘AI and encryption czar,’ has only two years before the 2026 US midterm elections to promote policies supporting the Crypto Assets industry.
According to Doll, the threat of a government deadlock could stifle regulation, and the current government must push for cryptocurrency-friendly policies while still controlling both houses of Congress. Doll said, ‘The majority advantage in the House of Representatives is very slim and is likely to be reversed, as it almost always is. So there may be a divided government that locks and freezes things within two years. So we have 24 months to push for some important things.’ (Cointelegraph)
