According to ChainCatcher news and a report by Decrypt, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed two cryptocurrency-related bills while signing a regulatory bill for crypto ATMs. The two vetoed bills include SB 1373 (Digital Asset Strategic Reserve Fund Bill) and SB 1024 (Bill Allowing State Government to Accept Cryptocurrency Payments). The signed HB 2387 bill establishes strict regulations for crypto ATMs, including requiring operators to display multilingual fraud warnings, setting daily transaction limits (new users $2,000, existing users $10,500), providing 24/7 customer support, and complying with AML protocols.
