A study from MIT Sloan School of Management shows that companies adopting AI technology grow faster, which in turn drives employment growth. The World Economic Forum even predicts that the widespread adoption of AI will create nearly 170 million new jobs. However, there are concerns in reality—Pew’s 2025 survey indicates that more than half of American workers feel uneasy about AI’s impact in the workplace. But some believe that this situation is no different from many technological revolutions in history, and human society will ultimately adapt successfully. Technological progress often comes with short-term pain, but in the long run, it still creates more opportunities.
