Deep Tide TechFlow News, February 4th, the Ministry of Public Security announced that the draft of the "Cybercrime Prevention and Control Law (Draft for Comments)" has been prepared, which includes: No individual or organization shall knowingly engage in the following fund transfer, payment, and settlement activities with funds that are the proceeds of illegal activities by others: 1. Providing withdrawal, transfer, or delivery services for others; 2. Using bank accounts, payment accounts, or online transaction and recharge platforms to carry out illegal fund transfers through false transactions; 3. Using virtual currencies or other online virtual assets to provide fund transfer services for others.
