Listed Company Supervision
From March 9 to March 13, 2026, the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s regulatory department issued 13 regulatory work letters; through ongoing supervision, five announcements requiring additional or corrected disclosures were issued. Additionally, efforts to link information disclosure with abnormal stock price movements increased, with six cases involving suspected insider trading or abnormal trading investigations initiated due to sensitive disclosures or significant price anomalies.
Market Trading Supervision
From March 9 to March 13, 2026, the Shanghai Stock Exchange took disciplinary measures against 96 cases of manipulative or false reporting trading behaviors. Focused monitoring was conducted on high-premium funds such as the Korea-China Semiconductor ETF, as well as stocks with delisting risk like *ST Panda and *ST Zhengping, due to abnormal fluctuations. A total of 23 major corporate events were subject to special investigations, and one suspected illegal violation case was reported to the CSRC.
