Previsão de Wall Street: a maioria das instituições espera que o Fed corte 25 pontos de base na quarta-feira

A Golden Finance report says that some Wall Street institutions are predicting the Federal Open Market Committee’s interest rate decision on Wednesday and the forecast for the remaining two meetings this year. Among major banks, only JPMorgan expects the Fed to cut interest rates by 50 basis points today. Most institutions believe that interest rates will be lowered by 75 basis points before the end of the year. Citigroup predicts two interest rate cuts of 50 basis points each after the September meeting.
