Foresight News reports that Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin forwarded an article by Ethereum Foundation researcher Toni Wahrstätter, which points out that the execution layer scaling roadmap for Ethereum is progressing as planned, mainly including the following: continuous increase in Gas limit (EIP-7935), historical expiry (EIP-4444), delayed execution (EIP-7886), block access lists (EIP-7928), and block-level preheating (EIP-7863). Scaling L1 is being emphasized, and with the progress of EIP-4444 and other plans targeted at Glamsterdam, significant advancements in scaling should be achieved by 2026 without compromising Decentralization.
