Why?

Many people online are pessimistic about the economic situation in the coming years, and this phenomenon itself indicates that "pessimistic sentiment is spreading."

Dear colleagues in the crypto community, it is not difficult to judge with everyone's extensive trading experience:

Group pessimism is often one of the characteristics of the market approaching its bottom.

Although it cannot be simply inferred that "if everyone is pessimistic, it must mean we have hit the bottom." Because:

If the macro fundamentals do deteriorate (high debt, geopolitical risks, industrial recession), pessimism may align with reality.

But I don't think that's the case; collective pessimism, on the contrary, can raise risk premiums and lower valuations, thereby creating opportunities for contrarian returns.

At the same time, when the market is uniformly bearish, asset prices often have already discounted a lot of bad expectations. (This is quite obvious, and friends dealing with VCs all know the current situation in the country.)

If you want to balance your asset allocation structure, I personally suggest allocating more RMB assets to counter the devaluation risk of the US dollar.

Putting aside the usual clichés, now may be one of the few times when ordinary people can invest in production materials. Targeting industry trends over the next ten years (assets in the core areas of cities with net population inflows and the silver economy are the two directions I am most optimistic about), investing now could yield good returns.
