Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko urged the Bitcoin community to take action faster to guard against quantum attacks. He believes that major breakthroughs in the field of Quantum Computing could come sooner than expected. At the 2025 All-In Summit released on YouTube on Friday, Yakovenko stated, "I feel there is a 50% chance of a breakthrough in Quantum Computing within five years." He added, "We should migrate Bitcoin to a quantum-resistant signature scheme."
