The Qian Zhimin case revealed that over 120,000 Bitcoins are missing, among which 20,000 are claimed to have "lost passwords" 😱

In September 2017, Qian Zhimin held 70,000 BTC (approximately £305 million) when he arrived in the UK.
In October 2018, the London police searched his residence and found cash of £163,000 + clues for the transfer of 18,800 BTC.
The special audit shows that Blue Sky Ge Rui raised a total of 40.2 billion yuan from 2014 to 2017, of which 1.14 billion yuan was used to buy Bitcoin.

Court documents show that Qian Zhimin purchased a total of 194,951 Bitcoins.
The UK police have locked down 61,000 BTC.
More than 120,000 BTC remain unaccounted for, including 20,000 coins for which the wallet passwords have been lost, currently valued at approximately 12.5 billion RMB.
⚖️ The UK Supreme Court was originally scheduled to discuss the disposal of 61,000 BTC on November 17, but it has been postponed to January 2026.
