The market is indeed sluggish, but I still think there’s room for a rebound by the end of the year. As for the upgrade, just take it with a grain of salt, don’t take it too seriously. I can’t say for sure whether this wave will hit a new high, but I’m going to keep holding my position and see. That SEC framework doesn’t actually have much impact on ETH; the key is still to look at on-chain data.
