Luckily, I withdrew fast enough, or I really would have been stuck.
Thankfully, I was alerted in time by that wick on a certain compliant exchange, which made me vigilant.
Unfortunately, I misjudged the market direction and couldn’t hold onto my long positions at all. I decisively switched to open a short on ETH, closed it right after making up for the BTC long losses, and got out immediately.
Sigh, my skills still aren’t good enough—I need to keep honing them.

Opening a short position to save the situation—I'm familiar with this move. It's usually the start of revenge trading.

Yeah, this move is really a lifesaver; otherwise, it would’ve been a real ordeal.

Turned it around and made the money back—that's exactly the trading style I like.

Poke and run, this move seems a bit shaky. Can opening a short position save the day?
