Lately, I've been thinking about the division of roles in the crypto world.

Those industry leaders, like a certain big shot who came from a compliant platform, are actually like foremen—they stand at the front, set the direction, and establish the tone. But the ones who really do the work of building the infrastructure are people like us, the "construction workers."

To put it simply, it's a community ecosystem: everyone is essentially a builder, just with different responsibilities—some steer the ship, others lay the bricks. The foreman gives a shout, and the workers follow with their tools. This kind of consensus mechanism actually fits the spirit of decentralization quite well—clear division of labor, everyone plays their part.

The foreman gives an order, and we just follow? Sounds good, but in the end, it's always the foreman who really makes money, haha.

Why listen to the foreman shouting? We bricklayers are the ones actually making money here.

The foreman shouts and everyone follows—doesn't that still count as centralization? Haha.

The foreman chimed in right away—how strong must the consensus be for this? Why does it still feel so centralized?

Listen, this talk sounds a bit too sweet... The foreman shouts once and we all follow? Feels like we're still getting fleeced. The foreman does have the power to speak, but why should the construction workers work so hard? How are the dividends calculated? Explain it clearly. Decentralization is just a slogan here. Sounds nice, but in the end, they make the decisions and we execute them. By the way, that big shot did bring a lot of hype after coming out, but what does that have to do with my interests? I just want to make money.

hold up... "工头喊一嗓子,工人们扛着家伙就跟上了" — isn't that literally the opposite of decentralization tho? sounds more like blind faith in figureheads ngl
