The most brutal battlefield right now is actually the altcoin sector. In the current environment where BTC continues to fluctuate and decline, these coins are bleeding at a visible pace—rebound? Almost nowhere in sight, and liquidity has dried up to a suffocating degree.

The situation with meme coins is even more surreal: the speed at which they go to zero has hit fast-forward, and their life cycles have shrunk dramatically.

Facing a bear market bottoming phase that could last a year or even longer, the smartest strategy comes down to just four words: look less, do less. The more you watch the market, the more you lose.

This wave has been really tough for altcoins; liquidity is almost gone. I regretted it as soon as I took a look.

Altcoins really are bleeding right now. My holdings in a few shitcoins have been flatlined for a while. Those meme coins are honestly no different from gambling—they can go to zero just like that. "Watch less, do less" is so damn true. Staring at the charts every day is just self-torture at this point.

Altcoins are really not doing well this time; liquidity has been completely drained. Watching how quickly these coins go to zero, I know it’s time to stay away. Checking the charts less really is the way to go. During the bottom-grinding phase of a bear market, it’s best to just lie flat. Staring at the charts ten times a day will only make you feel worse. The meme coin frenzy mode has started—everyone, hurry up and get out. This round of decline isn’t a rebound at all; it’s just a pure nosedive from the top. Not acting is also an action—holding coins tests your mindset more than holding positions. Where has all the liquidity gone? It feels like the whole market is shrinking.

Altcoins are definitely in hell mode right now; I don't even dare to look.

Altcoins are really as dead as they can get now. I’ve already given up on checking those worthless coins I have; watching the charts only makes my blood pressure rise.

Altcoins really are a dead zone—once liquidity is gone, they're just a stagnant pool.

It really just grinds your mindset into the ground... Saying "watch less, do less" is easy, but who the hell can actually do it?

liquidity death spiral on altcoins is basically just protocol inefficiency finally catching up... most retail doesn't even understand what MEV extraction is doing to their liquidation cascades ngl
