#数字货币市场洞察 $ZEC To be honest, in my first few years in the space trading contracts, I was just like most retail investors: the more indicators I stacked up, the worse my losses got.

$FHE Looking back now, it was almost surreal: MACD, RSI, Bollinger Bands... the whole screen looked like it was plastered with talismans, flashing everywhere.

$XNY The more info I crammed in, the more overwhelmed I got, and the shakier my hands became. Back then, I was a textbook case: a mountain of tools, but all pointing in the wrong direction.

The craziest period? I could open over a dozen trades in a single day.

A slight price increase and I'd panic to close, afraid of losing profits;

A slight drop and I'd stubbornly hold, hoping it would recover on its own.

My emotions were completely controlled by the market, my heart racing faster than the candlesticks.

You think that's hustling?

Wrong, that's just blind busywork.

I used to stare at the charts until 3 a.m.,

thinking that was hard work,

but in the end, my health collapsed, and so did my capital.

The next day, I'd drag my tired, dark-circled self back to work,

the more exhausted I got, the more out of control I became, and the more I lost.

During that time, I even started to doubt if I was cut out for contract trading at all.

Until one moment, a single sentence suddenly woke me up:

"It's not that you can't make money, it's just that your method is too exhausting. If you're heading in the wrong direction, no amount of effort will help."

From then on, I started to simplify:

**Step One: Eliminate 90% of the indicators.**

I cleared my screen, leaving only the core trend logic.

The cleaner the interface, the calmer my mind.

I used to trade like a headless chicken, but now I finally have my own rhythm.

**Step Two: Quit high-frequency impulsive trading.**

I forced myself to only take the "clear and manageable" opportunities.

Fewer trades, fewer mistakes;

More disciplined entries, and naturally, better returns.

It's not that the market doesn't offer opportunities, I was just too greedy before, trying to catch everything.

**Step Three: Use "emotional discipline" to keep myself in check.**

Don’t chase pumps, don’t bet on rebounds, and never go against the trend.

Ask yourself: Do you want to always be the sucker? Or do you want to be the one laughing at the end?
