I've been waiting for a rebound for three weeks in a row, but the market has just been dragging its feet.

However, a turning point may be just around the corner—the Fed's interest rate meeting on December 10. A rate cut is almost a sure thing now. The question is, will the market really take off after the cut? That depends on another key factor: US Treasury repo operations.

The global rates strategy team at Bank of America has already said they expect to start buying short-term Treasury bills at a pace of $45 billion per month starting in January next year. Officially, this is called "reserve management operations," but in reality, it’s just injecting liquidity into the market. $45 billion a month is no small amount—it's essentially a lifeline for the market, making the liquidity outlook for Q1 quite optimistic.

So I’m still pretty confident about a rebound. Based on this logic, BTC returning to $100,000 shouldn’t be far off, and ETH hitting $3,500 is very likely as well. The market should be ready to move.

Grinding for three weeks has been so annoying, just waiting for this round of liquidity injection. BTC $100,000 we are coming.

Wait, $45 billion per month? If that can't get liquidity going, I'll eat my keyboard.

Starting to tell stories again. Can 45 billion really stir up the market? I doubt it.

Wait, $45 billion liquidity injection per month? That’s pretty aggressive. Next year should really take off, right? --- Three weeks of waiting and still more to go? With this rate cut and buyback combo, $100,000 might just be right there. --- With the Fed making moves like this, I don't believe BTC won't react. --- With liquidity exploding like this, can ETH really get back to $3,500? I better get my money ready. --- Makes a lot of sense, but actual price moves are usually more disappointing than expected—let’s wait for the 12th. --- Injecting $45 billion per month directly—there’s no reason for the market to stay flat this time. --- The key is still whether the rate cut goes through and if the US Treasury buybacks can really deliver, otherwise it’s just false hope. --- $100,000, $3,500... The logic sounds great, just afraid it’ll turn out to be a dream.

It's been three weeks of grinding, and if I don't take action soon, I'll start doubting my life. Rate cuts + liquidity injection—if BTC doesn't go up after this combo, it just wouldn't make sense. It's the familiar liquidity story again; they say this every time. A hundred thousand bucks is still far away for me, so let's see what the Fed has to say first. Wait, is it reliable this time? They've said the same thing before.
